Dr. Akçay looks at every set of photos himself, and an honest assessment, together with a written all-inclusive quote, normally reaches you inside 24 hours. There is no deposit just to talk and no call centre — and if you don’t use WhatsApp, a short written form at the end of this page reaches the same team, and sometimes the honest answer is “you don’t need surgery.”
You are talking to Dr. Akçay’s own clinical coordinator, in English, and your photos and surgical plan are reviewed by Dr. Akçay himself. No call centre, no purchased leads, no “consultants”.
It depends on the operation: rhinoplasty around 6–7 nights, breast surgery 6–7, body contouring at least 7, a deep plane face and neck lift 8–10. Your exact stay is written into your plan before you book anything — and you fly home only after Dr. Akçay has examined you and cleared you.
Surgery and anaesthesia in a fully equipped, Ministry of Health–licensed hospital, your hospital night(s) with nursing care, the recovery hotel, all VIP transfers, your English-speaking coordinator, post-op checks and medication in Istanbul, and the 12-month photo-review programme after you fly home. It all sits on a single itemised quote in writing, and the figure printed there is the figure you actually pay.
Every operation takes place in a fully equipped, Ministry of Health–licensed hospital in Istanbul, not an office or a “clinic” — with pre-operative blood tests and ECG, a dedicated anaesthesiology team and on-site intensive care. This is non-negotiable, for every patient and every procedure.
